Utility & Subscription Billing

Billing for
the services your community runs on.

Meter-based billing for generator operators and internet providers. Two products under one roof, each tuned to how the trade actually works.

$25/month per product. Run one or both.

Two products. One roof.

Built for the meter you actually read.

Generator operators and ISPs both bill by usage — but the math, the equipment, and the customers are completely different. Each product is built for one trade, not both.

For neighborhood operators

Generator Manager

For diesel generator operators billing tenants by kWh. Manual readings, multiple distribution lines, monthly statements — the math is in the app, not in your head.

What both products include

Subscriber management, done once.

Both products share the same subscriber, billing, and accounting backbone — so what you learn in one carries to the other.

Subscriber profiles

One profile per customer: contact, address, equipment, history, and balance — across both products if you run both.

Recurring billing

Bills generated on the schedule you set. Manual review, then sent — or set them to auto-send.

Reporting & accounting

Revenue, receivables, and ageing reports scoped to the product you run, in the currency you sell in.

Payment tracking

Cash, transfer, or card — record what came in, against which invoice. Running balance updates immediately.

Utility questions

How meter-based billing actually works.

How do generator meter readings get into the system?
Two ways: manually on a tablet during your monthly round, or by hand on paper and entered later. There is no required hardware — most operators do the round and enter readings in 5 minutes per subscriber.
How do I bill my subscribers each month?
For generators: take the reading, the app computes consumption, applies the tariff, generates a statement. For internet: usage flows from the provider API or you bill a flat plan. Either way, bills can be sent as PDF, link, or printed.
Does it work with my router or ISP equipment?
Most modern ISPs expose a usage and provisioning API — we connect to those directly. For non-API equipment, you can import usage from CSV or set flat-rate plans without usage tracking.
What happens when a subscriber goes over their data cap?
You set the rule per plan: throttle, hard cap, or overage charge. The next bill reflects the overage automatically. Subscribers can see their usage on the portal.
Can I run multiple distribution lines on one generator?
Yes. Each generator can have multiple lines, each with its own list of subscribers and meters. Diesel and maintenance costs sit at the generator level so you see profitability per generator, not per line.
Can I use both products together?
Yes. They share subscribers, billing, and accounting. If you sell both internet and generator power to the same household, they appear on one statement.
