Pricing questions

How billing works across products.

Can I run multiple products on one account?
Yes. One Fawterly account, one login — you can subscribe to any combination of Invoicing, Point of Sale, and Utility. Each product is billed on its own subscription so you can start small and add as you grow.
Can I switch plans within a product?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade Invoicing tiers any time — changes take effect immediately, and we prorate the difference. POS variant changes are free during onboarding; after that, talk to us.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves about 17% compared to monthly across all products. You can switch between monthly and annual at renewal.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — a 14-day trial on every product. Every paid plan also comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee: if it is not the right fit, cancel within 30 days for a full refund.
Do you offer custom pricing for larger volumes?
Yes. For multi-entity Invoicing, large POS rollouts, or large utility subscriber bases, talk to us — we have volume tiers and partner pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards through Stripe, bank transfer, and (for the region) Whish, OMT, and local cash collection. Talk to us for any other arrangement.
